As soon as your order is being sent, you will be receiving a confirming mail that humandesign4u has correctly received the order for your product, with all needed information. Should we need a missing data for proceeding your order, would we then contact you at your mail address.
When your payment has been being properly proceeded to our account, you will get a confirming mail that humandesign4u has received your money transfer.
For services that are “to-be recorded” (such as Readings), humandesign4u will mail you to confirm the recording date for your ordered product/s. Hence will you be kept informed of the time you can expect receiving it/them.
You will receive the recording/s of your Reading/s embedded into a zipped folder, including: a. the recording/s of your Reading/s b. the charts of your Human Design c. the player “e-Lecta” to be installed on your PC. Mac Users will get a .mov file readable on their Mac computer. Please note that transcode fees will be added to your cart (20 €)
One month after having sent your order, humandesign4u will get back to you in order to meet with your reviews, comments, critics. At all times, you can share these by going to your product page (that of the product you ordered), then clicking on the “Reviews” tab. Here you can type your sharings and also note our service!
Users of PC-Windows computers: Should you use a Windows-based computer, you will have no problem in reading our recording of your Analysis, thanks to the e-Lecta player. You will find it within the folder sent to you by humandesign4u. Users of Apple-Mac computers: If your Mac is older than 3-4 years, it is likely that it will have difficulty reading the e-Lecta file of your recording. You may decide to call for our transcode services. An extra fees of 20 € will be charged for adapting to a .mov file the recording of your Reading. The extra fees will be automatically added to your cart. Note : You will find here all help you need to download and install on your Mac the Java Platform allowing you to read “e-lecta” format files on your Mac computer. Spare transcode fees!… Users of PC-Linux computers: Your Reading is recorded with the “e-Lecta” software; your Linux computer is not able to read “e-Lecta” (.el) files. A transcode service is necessary. By clicking on the “yes” button below, you will order the transcode procedure, for which an extra fees of 20 € will be automatically added to your cart.
